1.   Bust-measure the widest point of the bust
2.   Waist-measure the smallest part of your waist
3.   Hips-measure the widest part of your hips
4.   Weigh and measure yourself first thing in the morning before accumulating water weight       
5.   Regardless of the results keep a positive attitude; see this as the starting point for change for the rest of your life!
